Return Clients are the Best!

I met this couple a little over 3 years ago when I shot their first maternity session! After baby arrived I did their Fresh 48 session at Hoag Newport Beach and then the newborn session! Shooting so many sessions and being a part of such a special time in a couples life you have a close connection. Seeing babies grow up is just the best and I love when they come back for the Cake smash session! It’s been a little while and I was so happy to get the call that baby makes four!

This time there’s a little boy on the way! I’m so excited to meet this boy in November and watch Monali become a big sister!

This session was a bit hard on the little one. LOTS of gnats! So many that poor little gal couldn’t stand it! Two-year-olds are normally a wild card but that just throws the whole thing off! Little ones just can’t understand the bug and honestly, I have trouble with them too! I usually eat a few during the session and not by choice!!! We pushed through and this little gal managed to pull it together and smile when we needed her to in spite of the bugs! I love the fun images that I was able to capture of her in between dresses for mom!

I love that Riley Wilderness Park is so unique and has so many areas that look completely different from one another. Green in one area and dry brush in another. I like to use the dresses that fit the area of the park that I’m shooting in. I love the grey flowing dress in the backlight and the blue dress with the colorful leaves behind and bright sunshine. Riley is at the top of my favorite places to shoot! It’s different every time I go even if it’s only been a week. So many interesting plants and flower in so many colors that make every session look different!
